Our AI strictly collects the information necessary to qualify a lead: patient name, phone number, email, and desired treatment (e.g., Botox, Fillers). We do not collect sensitive medical records or financial data over the phone.
Your data is stored securely in encrypted databases (Cloudflare D1). We never sell, rent, or share your patient data with third parties. The data is exclusively used to notify your MedSpa staff of high-ticket consults.
While our AI is designed to handle booking and triage, it does not diagnose or provide medical advice. It transfers any medical emergencies directly to your on-call clinical staff.
